Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Closed Test Manager (hereinafter "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.
1. Developer Information
The App is developed and provided by an individual developer (hereinafter "Developer").
2. Information We Collect
The Developer does not collect any personal information from users through the App.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Target app information (package name, test start date, test period) - Stored in on-device Room database / Used for test management
- Launch logs (timestamp, result, selected system info) - Stored in on-device Room database / Used for log review
- Settings (launch interval, rotation order, schedule, etc.) - Stored in on-device DataStore / Used to persist preferences
All of this data is stored on your device only and is never transmitted to the Developer's servers or any external service.
Note: Google AdMob may collect the Android Advertising ID and other information for ad delivery purposes. See Section 4 for details.
3. App Permissions
The App uses the following permissions:
- QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: Retrieve the list of installed apps to register as test targets
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: Run the rotation service that continuously launches apps in the background
- SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM: Accurate scheduling for auto-rotation and reminders
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Display rotation and reminder notifications (Android 13+)
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Re-register alarms after device reboot
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Required to launch target apps from the background
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Log network type (optional)
- INTERNET: Google AdMob banner ad communication
4. Advertising Service (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display banner ads.

The App displays personalized ads through AdMob. Personalized ads may be served based on your interests and preferences.

AdMob may technically access the following for ad delivery:
- Android Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)
- Device type and OS version
- IP address (used for approximate region detection)
- App bundle ID
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, etc.)
This processing is performed by AdMob, not by the Developer. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Policies for details.

[How to Opt Out of Ad Personalization]
If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can disable this in Android Settings:
- Go to Settings → Google → Ads
- Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
Ads will still be displayed after opting out, but they will not be targeted based on your interests.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not sell, provide, or disclose users' personal information to third parties. No third-party services other than AdMob (as described above) are used to collect or process data.
6. Artificial Intelligence
The App does not use any artificial intelligence (AI) technology to process user data or provide features.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has used the App, we will take appropriate action promptly. Please note that in some countries, you must be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of personal information (in certain countries, a parent or guardian may consent on your behalf).
8. Security
The Developer is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Since the App does not transmit or store personal user data on any server, there is no risk of server-side data breaches. For security relating to AdMob data processing, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

9. Data Retention and Deletion
All data stored locally on your device by the App (target apps, launch logs, and settings) is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.
To delete individual data while using the App, you can remove entries through each screen's delete function. Since no data is stored on the Developer's servers, no action is required on the Developer's side for data deletion.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via an app update. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
